Our client, one of the world’s largest insurance organisations is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in client activity are looking for a Financial Planning and Strategy Manager. The aim of the role will be to mange production of financing for 3 year plan, managing financing reviews, set and manage dividend strategy and manage ratings agency relationships. Duties include: - Prepare 3 years financing plan, including assumptions - Review financing requirements and determine structures of funding - Assess funding implications from ratings agencies - Attributes of funding structures, including query handling - Review and set dividend strategy - Manage ratings agency relationships, including impact of initiatives, perception management, presentations and query handling To qualify, you will need a strong financial management/structuring/analysis type background.
