Our client, a division of a Global investment bank is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in client trading activity. The aim of the role is the day-to-day risk management of interest rate products mainly bonds and repos. The duties are varied and include the enhancement of risk management tools and processes: - Risk assessment of new and existing cleared business - Involvement in the setting of margin rates - User acceptance testing - Take ownership/leadership of a portfolio of clients - Curve building and stress testing - Become principle risk contact and remain abreast of external market factors including new products - Project development To qualify, you must have about 2 years experience in a middle office environment or product control or market risk or risk management with knowledge of Interest Rate product including repos/bonds.
